What are we trying to fix?

• What will it cost?
• Who pays?
• What alternatives were considered?
• Why was this option chosen?
• What are the risks   
• How will we know whether it worked?

Those questions come directly from the transparency framework we've already developed.

• Explain major municipal decisions in plain language.
• Make the real costs and funding sources easier to understand.
• Make source information easier for residents to find.
• Follow major decisions after approval and report what actually happened.
• Be willing to correct information when the evidence changes.
